Sherpa One-Year Limited Warranty: Sherpa warrants that for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage such as chewing or scratching caused by pets, misuse of the product, or use contrary to the operating instructions. Please retain proof of purchase; proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If Sherpa determines a new product to be an appropriate replacement, it will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
