Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the Marshall toy.

Feeding Pup Treats

Marshall recognizes each of the 26 bone-shaped Pup Treats. Insert a treat into Marshall's mouth, and he will respond with letters, phonics, objects, and more. His motorized eyes and ears will react during gameplay.

Marshall's pup pack compartment door does not stay closed.	Ensure all treats are properly stored and not obstructing the door mechanism. If the latch is damaged, contact customer support.
