1. Place the ceramic pot into the base unit.
2. Add your ingredients to the ceramic pot. Do not fill the pot more than two-thirds full to prevent boiling over.

The FRITEL SC 2090 features a tactile control panel with various settings:

5.3 Starting the Cooking Process
