4. Diegimas ir sąranka

4.1 Komponento identifikavimas

Familiarize yourself with the servo motor and its accessories as shown in Figure 2. The servo motor has a three-wire connector for power and control, and an output shaft for attaching servo horns.

4.2 Mounting the Servo

  1. Identify a suitable mounting location in your RC model or project. Ensure there is enough clearance for the servo's movement and wiring.
  2. Place the rubber grommets into the mounting tabs of the servo.
  3. Insert the brass eyelets into the grommets.
  4. Secure the servo using the provided mounting screws, passing them through the eyelets and into the mounting surface. Do not overtighten the screws, as this can damage the servo casing or grommets.

4.3 Attaching Servo Horns

  1. Select the appropriate servo horn for your application.
  2. Align the servo horn with the splines on the servo output shaft.
  3. Gently press the servo horn onto the shaft.
  4. Secure the servo horn with the small screw provided, inserting it through the center of the horn into the servo shaft.

4.4 Connecting the Servo

  1. Connect the servo's three-wire connector to the appropriate channel on your receiver or control board.
  2. Ensure the polarity is correct: typically, the brown/black wire is ground, the red wire is positive voltage, and the orange/yellow/white wire is the signal line. Refer to your receiver/controller manual for specific pin assignments.
  3. Verify that the power supply to the receiver/controller is within the servo's operating voltage diapazonas (4.8V-7.2V).

5. Naudojimo instrukcijos

5.1 Valdymo signalas

The S3003 servo motor is controlled by a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal. The pulse width determines the angular position of the servo. A typical pulse width range is 1000 to 2000 microseconds (µs), corresponding to a 0 to 180-degree rotation, though the exact range may vary slightly.

5.2 Pradinis bandymas

  1. After installation and connection, power on your RC system (transmitter first, then receiver/model).
  2. Move the corresponding control stick or dial on your transmitter. Observe the servo's movement.
  3. Ensure the servo moves smoothly and to the full extent required for your application without binding or excessive force.
  4. Adjust endpoints or trim settings on your transmitter if necessary to prevent over-travel or mechanical strain on the servo.

6. Priežiūra

  • Valymas: Keep the servo free from dust, dirt, and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals.
  • Patikra: Regularly check the servo's wiring for any signs of damage or fraying. Ensure all mounting screws and servo horn screws are secure.
  • Saugykla: Store the servo in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Venkite perkrovos: Do not subject the servo to loads exceeding its specified stall torque, as this can lead to damage or premature failure.

7. Problemų sprendimas
