5.2 Pradinė konfigūracija

After physical installation, configure the device via a web naršyklė.

1. Connect your computer to the PoE converter's LAN port using an Ethernet cable, or connect wirelessly to the extender's default WiFi network (SSID and password usually found on a label on the device or in the Quick Installation Guide).

6.1 AP / maršrutizatoriaus režimas

In this mode, the device acts as a primary router or an access point, creating a new wireless network.

• Maršrutizatoriaus režimas: Connects to a modem via the WAN/LAN port and provides internet access to connected devices, acting as a DHCP server.
• Prieigos taško (AP) režimas: Connects to an existing wired router via the WAN/LAN port and extends the wired network wirelessly. It does not perform NAT or DHCP.

The device wirelessly connects to an existing WiFi network and re-broadcasts it, extending its coverage. This mode is ideal for eliminating WiFi dead zones.

• Select the Repeater mode during setup.
• Scan for available WiFi networks and select the one you wish to extend.

6.3 WISP Mode (Wireless Internet Service Provider)

• Scan for the wireless network you want to connect to as a client.
• Configure the local network settings for your devices.
