    • Ensure the MiraScreen X7 is properly powered. Check the USB connection and power adapter.
    • Verify that the correct input source (HDMI or AV) is selected on your display device.
    • Remember that HDMI and CVBS outputs cannot function simultaneously. Disconnect one if both are connected.
  • Screen Mirroring Not Working:
    • For iOS/macOS, ensure your device is connected to the MiraScreen X7's Wi-Fi network and AirPlay Mirroring is enabled.
    • For Android/Windows, ensure the Miracast feature is enabled on your device and the MiraScreen X7 is selected.
    • Check if your device's operating system version meets the minimum requirements (iOS 9+, Android 5.0+, Windows 8.1+, macOS 10+).
  • Paid Streaming Services Not Mirroring:

Applications like Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu are not supported due to Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions. This is an intended limitation and not a device malfunction.

  • Poor Video Quality (CVBS):

The CVBS output supports 720P resolution, but its analog nature may result in lower perceived quality compared to HDMI. For optimal video quality, use the HDMI output if available on your display.
