- Ensure the adapter is plugged in and drivers are installed.
- Use your operating system's network settings to scan for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select your network and enter the security key to establish a connection.
4.2. AP Mode (Transmit Signal)
In AP (Access Point) Mode, the adapter can transform your wired internet connection into a wireless hotspot, allowing other devices (like phones, tablets, or other laptops) to connect to the internet through your computer.
- Ensure your computer has a wired internet connection.
- Access your operating system's mobile hotspot or network sharing settings.
- Enable the hotspot feature and configure the network name (SSID) and password.
- Other devices can now connect to the wireless network broadcast by your adapter.
