Familiarize yourself with the components of your blood pressure monitor.

1. Akumuliatoriaus įdėjimas

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

Pasiruošimas matavimui

• Prieš matavimą bent 30 minučių venkite valgyti, gerti alkoholio, rūkyti ar sportuoti.
• Prieš atlikdami matavimą, pailsėkite bent 5 minutes.
• Sėdėkite tiesiai, atremkite nugarą ir pėdas remkitės į grindis.
• Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
• Ensure the cuff is applied directly to bare skin, not over clothing.

Rankogalio uždėjimas

1. Slide your left arm through the cuff loop. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

Atliekant matavimą

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the PRADĖTI mygtuką.
2. Manžetė prisipūs automatiškai. Matavimo metu nejudėkite ir tylėkite.
3. Kai matavimas bus baigtas, manžetė išsileis, o ekrane bus rodomas sistolinis kraujospūdis, diastolinis kraujospūdis ir pulso dažnis.
4. The unit will automatically store the reading in its memory.
5. Paspauskite PRADĖTI button again to turn off the unit, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.

Viewišsaugomų rodmenų

• From the OFF state, press the MEM mygtuką.
• Pirmiausia bus rodomas naujausias rodmuo.

• The unit will display the average of the last three readings (if available) before showing individual readings.

Atminties išvalymas

To clear all stored readings, press and hold the MEM button for approximately 5 seconds while in memory recall mode until "CLR" or "---" appears on the display, indicating memory has been cleared.

• Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the unit in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
