Refer to the installation manual provided with your chosen hardware kit for specific mounting instructions. The following steps outline the general assembly of the door panel itself.
Step 1: Assemble the Door Frame

Carefully unpack all aluminum frame components and ESG glass panels. Assemble the frame according to the provided diagrams, ensuring all connections are secure. Insert the glass panels into the designated slots within the frame. Silicone may be required for secure assembly, as noted in some user experiences.
Step 2: Attach Hanging Wheels (Hardware Kit Dependent)

Once the door panel is assembled, attach the hanging wheels from your separate sliding door hardware kit to the top edge of the door. Ensure they are securely fastened and aligned correctly. The specific method will depend on your hardware kit.
Step 3: Install Floor Guide (Hardware Kit Dependent)

Install the floor guide from your hardware kit to the floor, ensuring it is perfectly aligned with the intended path of the sliding door. This guide prevents the door from swinging outwards.
Step 4: Mount Door to Sliding Rail

Carefully lift the assembled door panel and hook the hanging wheels onto the top sliding rail (not included). Ensure the door engages with the floor guide. Adjust the door's position and levelness as needed to ensure smooth and quiet operation. The door soft stop feature, if part of your hardware kit, will allow for quiet opening and closing.

Naudojimo instrukcijos
To operate the vidaXL Sliding Door, gently push or pull the door panel along its track. The door is designed for smooth and quiet movement. Avoid forcing the door if it encounters resistance. If your hardware kit includes a soft-stop mechanism, the door will slow down and close/open gently at the ends of its travel.
