Starting a Massage:

1. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the foot inserts of the massager.
2. Paspauskite Maitinimo mygtukas to turn on the device. The LED display will illuminate.
3. The device will typically start with a default massage program and timer setting.

Nustatymų reguliavimas:

• Masažo programos: Paspauskite Režimo mygtukas repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available massage programs (e.g., kneading, rolling, pressure combinations).

Ending a Massage:

The massager will automatically turn off once the set timer expires. You can also manually turn off the device at any time by pressing the Maitinimo mygtukas.
