The EXO-AT960 Modular Motorcycle Helmet is an evolution of the popular EXO-AT950. It features an ECE 22.06 Safety Rating, which involves extensive testing beyond previous certifications. This helmet can be configured as a full-face ADV helmet with an external peak visor or as a more aerodynamic touring helmet by removing the peak visor. Its oversized eye port provides wide peripheral and downward visibility, and the modular chin bar can be conveniently flipped up. An internal drop-down Speedview sun-visor adapts to varying light conditions. The no-fog Everclear shield is removable, allowing the helmet to be used with goggles for off-road riding. Constructed from Advanced Polycarbonate and dual-density EPS across three shell sizes, the helmet is lightweight, strong, and protective. Designed for integration with the EXO-COM Bluetooth Communicator Kit, it also accommodates other communication systems via large speaker pockets. The AT960 is suitable for cruising, touring, commuting, or adventure riding across diverse terrains.

  An aero-tuned ventilation system includes a large top intake vent for cool air and exhaust vents to expel hot air. The dual-position mouth vent functions as a defroster in its first position and provides both defrosting and ventilation in its second. KwikWick C moisture-wicking liner fabric keeps the rider cool in warm conditions and warm in cool conditions. The liner is easily removable and washable. KwikFit 3D sculpted cheek pads are designed to accommodate most eyeglasses comfortably.

  The EverClear shield features state-of-the-art fog-free technology and an anti-scratch hardened coating, offering 95% UV-A & UV-B protection. (Pinlock shields are sold separately). ScorpionEXO’s shield system ensures a secure seal against the eye port. The wide eye port provides excellent peripheral vision and downward visibility. When the shield is removed, the eye port accommodates most sizes and brands of goggles (Eyeport is 11cm Tall). A retractable, interchangeable Speedview drop-down sun visor is also included.

• Universalumas

  A tool-less face shield system allows for quick and easy swapping between goggles or tinted and mirrored lenses. An included Action Cam mounting plate provides a flat surface for attaching cameras and other accessories. Comm-Ready speaker pockets facilitate easy installation of Bluetooth communication system speakers, with a speaker pocket size of 50mm/5mm (round). The helmet weighs approximately 1,580 grams / 3.48 lbs. (size medium).

• Modular Chin Bar Operation

  To open the modular chin bar, locate the release button, typically positioned at the center of the chin bar. Press the button firmly and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into its fully open position. To close, pull the chin bar down until it securely latches into the closed, full-face position. Always ensure the chin bar is fully latched before riding.

  The internal Speedview sun visor is operated by a slider mechanism located on the left side of the helmet. Slide it down to deploy the sun visor for glare protection and slide it up to retract it when not needed. Ensure the sun visor is fully retracted when riding in low light conditions or at night.
