Terminalo jungtys:

  • 8 ir 9 terminalai: AC100-240V maitinimo įvestis
  • 10 ir 11 terminalai: Heating Plate Output
  • 3 ir 4 terminalai: K-Type Thermocouple (TK) Input
  • 1 ir 2 terminalai: Timing Start Input
  • 6 ir 7 terminalai: Control Output (e.g., for a buzzer or external alarm)

3.2 Fizinis įrengimas

Mount the controller in a suitable panel cutout. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. Secure the controller using the provided mounting clips.

4. Naudojimo instrukcijos

4.1 Valdymo skydas baigtasview

Familiarize yourself with the front panel controls and displays:

Front panel of the TC3-701T PID Temperature Controller, showing the temperature display (SV), time display (ST), output indication (OUT), Celsius/Fahrenheit indicators, Self-tuning (AT) indicator, Countdown (AL) indicator, and control buttons for Temperature Set, Time Set, and Up/Down arrows.

Image 4.1: Front panel and display indicators of the CONTIA TC3-701T.

  • Temperature Display (SV): Shows the current measured temperature.
  • Time Display (ST): Shows the current remaining time or set time.
  • Output Indication (OUT): Šviečia, kai aktyvus valdymo išėjimas.
  • Celsius/Fahrenheit (°C/°F): Indicates the temperature unit.
  • Self-tuning (AT): Illuminates when the auto-tuning function is active.
  • Countdown (AL): Illuminates when an alarm condition is met or countdown is active.
  • TEMP mygtukas: Naudojamas temperatūros nustatymo režimui įjungti.
  • TIME mygtukas: Naudojamas laiko nustatymo režimui įjungti.
  • Rodyklės aukštyn/žemyn: Used to adjust values in setting modes.

4.2 Temperatūros nustatymas

  1. Paspauskite TEMP button. The temperature display (SV) will flash.
  2. Naudokite Up ir Žemyn arrow buttons to adjust the desired set temperature.
  3. Paspauskite TEMP button again to confirm and exit the setting mode. The display will return to showing the current temperature.

4.3 Laiko nustatymas

  1. Paspauskite LAIKAS button. The time display (ST) will flash.
  2. Naudokite Up ir Žemyn arrow buttons to adjust the desired set time.
  3. Paspauskite LAIKAS button again to confirm and exit the setting mode. The display will return to showing the current time or countdown.

4.4 Self-Tuning (AT) Function

The self-tuning function automatically calculates optimal PID parameters for your specific heating system. To activate:

  1. Ensure the desired temperature is set.
  2. Paspauskite ir palaikykite TEMP button for approximately 3 seconds until the AT užsidega indikatorius.
  3. The controller will cycle through heating and cooling to determine the optimal parameters. This process may take some time.
  4. Baigę, AT indicator will turn off, and the controller will operate with the newly optimized PID settings.

5. Priežiūra

To ensure the longevity and accurate performance of your controller:

  • Valymas: Priekinį skydelį nuvalykite minkštu, sausu skudurėliu. Nenaudokite abrazyvinių valiklių ar tirpiklių.
  • Patikra: Periodiškai tikrinkite laidų jungtis, ar nėra atsilaisvinusių ar pažeistų dalių.
  • Aplinka: Keep the controller in a clean, dry environment, free from excessive dust or vibrations.

6. Problemų sprendimas

ProblemaGalima priežastisSprendimas
Valdiklis neįsijungiaNėra maitinimo šaltinio; neteisingas laido sujungimasCheck power connections (Terminals 8 & 9); ensure power source is active.
Temperature reading is inaccurate or 'HHHH'/'LLLL' displayedThermocouple faulty; incorrect thermocouple type; wiring errorVerify K-type thermocouple is correctly connected (Terminals 3 & 4); replace faulty thermocouple.
Heating element not activatingOutput wiring error; set temperature not reached; faulty heating elementCheck heating plate wiring (Terminals 10 & 11); ensure set temperature is above current temperature; test heating element.
