6. Diegimas ir sąranka
Proper installation is crucial for the reliable operation of the water level controller. Ensure all power is disconnected before proceeding.
6.1 Valdiklio tvirtinimas
- Mount the LC35D01 controller in a dry, protected location using the screw holes provided.
- Užtikrinkite tinkamą vėdinimą aplink valdiklį.
6.2 Probe Placement
The system typically uses three probes: High, Mid, and Low. The 'Mid' probe often serves as a common ground or reference point.
- High Level Probe: Position this probe at the desired maximum water level. When water reaches this probe, the pump will stop.
- Low Level Probe: Position this probe at the desired minimum water level. When water drops below this probe, the pump will start.
- Common/Mid Probe: This probe should be placed at the lowest point in the water, ensuring it is always submerged to provide a continuous reference.
- Ensure probes are securely fastened and do not touch each other or other conductive materials.
6.3 Sujungimo schema
Refer to the labels on the controller for correct wiring connections. The image below illustrates typical connections.

Vaizdas: Išsamus view of the LC35D01 controller's terminal block, indicating connections for DC 12V, DC 24V, AC 220V power input, probe inputs (HIGH, MID, LOW), and pump output (OUT).
- Maitinimo įvestis: Connect the appropriate power supply (DC12V, DC24V, or AC85-265V) to the 'DC Vout', 'Vin', 'GND' terminals for DC versions, or 'AC L', 'N' terminals for AC versions.
- Zondo jungtys: Connect the 'High' level probe to the 'HIGH' terminal, the 'Low' level probe to the 'LOW' terminal, and the 'Common/Mid' probe to the 'MID' terminal.
- Siurblio išėjimas: Connect your water pump to the 'OUT' terminals. Ensure the pump's power requirements do not exceed the controller's maximum load.
- Double-check all connections for tightness and correct polarity before applying power.
7. Veikimo principas
The LC35D01 controller operates based on the conductivity detected by the probes at different water levels.
- Water Level Rises: When the water level is below the 'Low level' probe, the water pump starts to fill the tank/water tower. When the water level rises and reaches the 'High level' probe, the water pump stops.
- Water Level Reduces: After the pump stops, the water level may decrease. If the water level drops below the 'High level' probe but is still above the 'Low level' probe, the water pump remains off. The pump will only restart when the water level falls below the 'Low level' probe again.
This hysteresis (difference between start and stop levels) prevents frequent pump cycling, extending pump life.
8. Priežiūra
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your water level controller.
- Zondo valymas: Periodically inspect the probes for mineral buildup, algae, or other debris that might affect their conductivity. Clean them gently with a non-abrasive brush if necessary.
- Laidų patikrinimas: Check all electrical connections regularly for corrosion, looseness, or damage. Tighten any loose connections.
- Valdiklio aplinka: Ensure the controller remains in a dry, clean environment, free from excessive dust or moisture.
- Maitinimo ciklas: If the system behaves unexpectedly, try power cycling the controller (disconnect and reconnect power) to reset it.
9. Problemų sprendimas
If you encounter issues with your water level controller, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
