The gimbals feature a button area, multifunction knob, and for the SCORP-C2, a touch screen, allowing users to switch follow modes, control rotation, and adjust parameters with one hand. A camera shutter cable is included for direct control over photo taking, video recording, and focusing from the handle.

Both models include camera control ports, image transmission ports, and extension ports to connect accessories like focus motors and other devices.

2. Darbo pradžia

2.1 Įkrovimas

Please fully charge the battery before powering on the gimbal for the first time. The gimbal supports quick charging up to 18W using a USB 2.0 to Type-C cable.

2.2 Adjusting the Gimbal Position

By default, the gimbal is folded for storage. To prepare it for use, unlock all three axes and adjust the gimbal to its balancing position. Once in position, lock the three axes.

2.3 Using the Support Stand

The gimbal features a built-in kickstand that can be unfolded, or a tripod can be installed, to place the gimbal on a flat surface for stability during setup or when not in use.

3. Setup: Mounting and Balancing the Camera

Before mounting your camera, ensure it is ready for shooting: the lens should be installed, the lens cover removed, and a memory card and fully charged battery inserted. The gimbal should be adjusted to its balancing position and powered off or in sleep mode.

3.1 Attaching the Quick Release Plate and Camera Backing Base (Optional)

Attach the quick release plate to your camera by tightening the screw. For long or heavy lenses, you may also attach the camera backing base to the camera, then secure it to the quick release plate with two screws.

3.2 Installing the Lens Holder (Optional)

If using a long or heavy lens, install the lens holder on the quick release plate. Ensure the rubber part of the lens holder is positioned directly under the lens for optimal support.

3.3 Mounting the Camera on the Gimbal

  1. Unlock the quick release plate safety lock.
  2. Install the plate with the mounted camera into the slot (indicated by an icon).
  3. Lock the safety lock once the camera is roughly balanced. It is recommended to push the camera against the tilt axis.
  4. Unlock the slider lock to move the camera left or right according to the camera's width, then lock the slider lock.

3.4 Gimbal Balancing

Proper balancing is crucial for optimal performance. Ensure the camera and lens are ready for shooting, and the gimbal is powered off or in sleep mode before balancing. It is recommended to hold up the camera first, then adjust the slide arm, cross arm, and vertical arm.

  2. If the camera tilts to one side, loosen the cross arm lock knob and move the cross arm in the opposite direction until the camera stays still and horizontal to the ground.

  1. Unlock the pan lock. Hold the tripod and tilt the gimbal forward until it is horizontal to the ground.

  3. Tighten the vertical arm lock knob. The pan axis is balanced when the camera remains still and horizontal.

The Feiyu SCORP-C features a memory slider to simplify re-balancing. After initial balancing, move the memory slider to the hole in the axis so the red dot is exposed, marking the current position. For subsequent uses with the same camera setup, simply align the axis to this marked position for quick balancing.

4. Operacija
