2.1 LiteVNA (50 KHz to 6.3 GHz)

2.4 DeepVNA (10 KHz to 1.5 GHz)

3.1 Common Items

  • Vector Network Analyzer Host Unit (LiteVNA, TinySA ULTRA, NanoVNA-H4, or DeepVNA)
  • 15cm SMA male to male RG316 RF cable (x2)
  • USB Type-C data cable (x1)
  • Type-C to Type-C data cable (x1)
  • Stylus Pen (x1)
  • SMA male calibration kit (OPEN, SHORT, LOAD)
  • Female to female connector (x1)

3.2 Model-Specific Items

Follow these steps to prepare your Vector Network Analyzer for use:

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process for each state (OPEN, SHORT, LOAD).
    • Once calibrated, save the calibration data if prompted.
  5. Prijunkite RF kabelius: Attach the SMA male to male RG316 RF cables to PORT1 and PORT2 as required for your specific measurement setup.

5. Operacija

Your Vector Network Analyzer is designed for intuitive operation using its touch screen and physical controls.

5.1 Pagrindinė navigacija

  • Jutiklinis ekranas: Use the included stylus or your finger for sensitive touch input on the 4-inch (or 4.3-inch for DeepVNA) color display.
  • Multi-functional Knob/Wheel: Rotate the knob to navigate menus and adjust values. Press the knob (or use the 'OK' function on the multi-function switch) to confirm selections.
  • Jungikliai: Utilize physical switches for power control and other functions as indicated on the device.

5.2 Matavimų atlikimas

The device can measure various RF parameters:

  • S-Parameters (S11, S21): Measure reflection coefficient (S11) and transmission coefficient (S21) to characterize RF components.
  • SWR (Standing Wave Ratio): Determine the impedance match of antennas and transmission lines.
  • Varža: Analyze the complex impedance of circuits.
  • Phase Delay: Measure the phase shift introduced by a device.
  • Smith Chart: Visualize impedance matching and component characteristics graphically.
  • TDR/DTF (Time Domain Reflectometry/Distance to Fault): (LiteVNA) Use IFFT calculations for cable fault location.

Navigate through the on-screen menu to select the desired measurement type and frequency range. Adjust start/stop frequencies, sweep points, and other parameters as needed.

5.4 Advanced Functions (Model Dependent)

  • Signalo generatorius: TinySA ULTRA models include a built-in RF signal generator (100KHz-5.4GHz).

7. Problemų sprendimas

Jei kyla problemų dėl įrenginio, išbandykite šiuos sprendimus:

  • Įrenginys neįsijungia:

    • Try a soft reset by holding down the power button for several seconds until the device restarts.
    • Ensure the stylus or your finger is making proper contact with the screen.
  • Data Saving Issues:
    • Check if the MicroSD card is correctly inserted and not full.
    • Ensure the MicroSD card is formatted correctly (FAT32 is usually recommended).
  • Connectivity Problems with PC/Android:
    • Ensure the USB Type-C cable is functioning and properly connected.
    • Verify that the correct drivers are installed on your PC, and the VNA Saver or NanoVNA-Web App is up to date.
