1. Important Safety Information & Tips

Please read and understand all warnings and safety instructions before operating your dash cam.

1.1 Akumuliatorius ir įkroviklis

• The dash cam's built-in 150mAh battery is primarily for maintaining and saving settings. It requires a constant power source (car charger or USB) to operate. If power is interrupted, the unit will shut down.
• Always use the original car charger provided to prevent faults or incompatibility. Mobile phone chargers or USB cables are not supported and may cause malfunction.

1.2 High Temperature Cautions

• Do not leave this product in environments where the temperature may exceed 70°C (160°F) for extended periods.
• When using a sunshade, avoid placing the dash cam between the windshield and sunshade, as this can lead to heat buildup and damage.

The dash cam is designed to use a Micro SD card (Class 10 or higher recommended, up to 64GB). Ensure the card is inserted in the correct direction as shown in the diagram below.

If you encounter issues such as the dash cam freezing, getting stuck, or experiencing format errors, a quick reset can often resolve the problem. Use a small tool to press the reset hole.

2.1 Dash Cam Components

1. Maitinimo / Gerai mygtukas: Turns the camera on/off, starts/stops recording, plays/pauses videos, enters/saves menu settings.
2. Žemyn mygtukas: Scrolls down in menu, switches front/cabin camera display, scrolls to next video file, long-press to turn on/off WiFi.
3. Mygtukas aukštyn: Scrolls up in menu, mutes audio recording, long-press to enter file valdymas.
4. Meniu mygtukas (M): Long-press to enter/exit menu (when not recording), short-press to lock current video file (when recording).

6. AV-IN Port: For connecting a cabin camera (if applicable).

3. Montavimas

3.1 Installing the Electrostatic Film

1. Išvalykite priekinį stiklą: Thoroughly clean the area on your windshield where the dash cam will be mounted using the provided accessories. A clean surface is crucial for proper adhesion.
2. Užtepkite plėvelę: Peel off the cover marked "1" (usually in red) from the electrostatic film. Carefully apply the film to the cleaned glass.
3. Remove Second Cover: After installing the film, peel off the cover marked "2" (usually in green).

1. Remove the protective film from the bracket cover.
2. Place the bracket onto the electrostatic film on the windshield.

3.3 Connecting the Car Charger Cable

Connect the car charger to the dash cam's Mini USB power port. Route the cable according to one of the wiring diagrams below.

1. Hide Cable in Top Panel: Tuck the cable into the top panel lining.
2. Route Along Side Panel: Gently break the side panel slightly and insert the cable. Be extremely careful if your vehicle has side curtain airbags; ensure the cable does not interfere with their deployment.
3. Insert into Door's Sealing Tape: Continue routing the cable along the door's sealing tape.
4. Connect to Cigarette Lighter: Plug the car charger into the cigarette lighter socket. Ensure the cigarette lighter is clean for a secure connection. Check if the car charger's red indicator light is on.

Important Airbag Warning: If your vehicle has side curtain airbags, be very careful when running cables along your vehicle windows. Ensure you are not running the cable past any of the airbags, as this can prevent the airbags from deploying in an accident.

4. Naudojimo instrukcijos

4.1 Power On/Off & Recording

• Įjungti/išjungti: Long-press the Power/OK button for 2-3 seconds.
• Pradėti / sustabdyti įrašymą: Short-press the Power/OK button once.

4.2 Display & Audio Control

• Switch Camera Display: Short-press the Down button to switch between front camera and cabin camera views įrašymo metu.

4.3 WiFi & App Control

The dash cam features built-in WiFi for smart app control and footage sharing.

1. Atsisiųskite programą: Ieškokite "Viidure" or "Framefox" in Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and download the app. Both apps can be used, but Viidure offers more complete functions.
2. Turn on Dash Cam WiFi:
   Method 1: Long-press the Up button while the dash cam is in working status.
   Method 2: Long-press the Menu button to enter the settings menu. Use the Up and Down buttons to find "WiFi & APP" setting and turn it on. The app download QR code is also available in the menu bar.
3. Connect Phone to Dash Cam WiFi: On your mobile phone, go to WiFi settings. Ieškokite the dash cam's WiFi network (e.g., "D50 ******"). Enter the default password: 12345678. Ensure you connect to "WLAN" (WiFi), not Bluetooth.

5. Playback Videos

There are three methods to playback recorded videos:

   a. Long-press the Down button to enter playback mode.
   b. Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll through and select video files.

7. Priežiūra

Q: What is the dash cam's WiFi for?
A: The dash cam's WiFi creates a hotspot designed solely for controlling the dash cam via its app and downloading video files. It cannot be used for internet browsing.

Q: Why does the WiFi keep disconnecting?
A: This can happen due to several reasons:

• Auto WiFi Features: Some phones have strong auto-WiFi connection features (e.g., wireless CarPlay) that may automatically disconnect from the dash cam's WiFi.

• Ensure your phone's settings are correct for WiFi connections.
• If you have strong auto-WiFi features, temporarily turn them off when using the dash cam's WiFi.

• Screen Doesn't Display / WiFi Disconnects When Using App: When the dash cam is connected to your phone via WiFi and you are operating the app, the dash cam's physical buttons become inactive, and the screen may not display or WiFi may disconnect if you try to use the buttons. This is normal behavior; control should be exclusively via the app during WiFi connection.
