Naudojimo instrukcijos
Your treadmill offers two modes of operation: walking (with handle up) and running (handle down).

- Plug the treadmill into a suitable power outlet (AC 110-127V 60Hz).
- Attach the safety key to your clothing and insert it into the designated slot on the treadmill console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key.
