2.1 Pradinis naudojimas
Upon first use, ensure the calculator is exposed to sufficient light for the solar panel to activate. If the display does not immediately appear, press the ON/C·CE key. The calculator is ready for use when "0." appears on the display.

To conserve power, the calculator features an automatic power-off function. It will turn off after approximately 7 minutes of inactivity. To reactivate, simply press the ON/C·CE raktas.
