5. Sąranka
5.1 Akumuliatoriaus įdėjimas/keitimas
The Mastech M300 uses two SR44 3V batteries, which are typically pre-installed. If replacement is needed:
- Ensure the multimeter is turned OFF and disconnect all test leads from any circuits.
- Įrenginio gale suraskite baterijų skyrių (žr. 2.1 pav.).
- Atsargiai atidarykite akumuliatoriaus skyriaus dangtelį.
- Remove the old batteries and insert new SR44 3V batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Saugiai uždarykite akumuliatoriaus skyriaus dangtelį.
5.2 Bandymo laidų prijungimas
The Mastech M300 features integrated test leads. Ensure they are securely attached to the meter and free from any damage before use.
6. Naudojimo instrukcijos
Before making any measurement, ensure the multimeter is set to the appropriate function and range. The rotary switch is used to select the desired measurement type.
6.1 DC matavimas Voltage (V–)
- Nustatykite sukamąjį jungiklį į norimą nuolatinės srovės įtampątage range (e.g., 500V, 200V, 20V, 2V, 200mV). Start with the highest range if the voltage nežinomas.
- Prijunkite raudoną bandymo laidą prie teigiamos (+) grandinės pusės, o juodą bandymo laidą – prie neigiamos (-) pusės.
- Perskaitykite ttage reikšmė LCD ekrane.
6.2 AC matavimas, ttage (V∼)
- Nustatykite sukamąjį jungiklį į norimą kintamosios srovės garsumo lygį.tage range (e.g., 500V, 200V). Start with the highest range if the voltage nežinomas.
- Prijunkite bandymo laidus prie kintamosios srovės įtampostage šaltinis.
- Perskaitykite ttage reikšmė LCD ekrane.
6.3 Measuring DC Current (A–)
CAUTION: To measure current, the multimeter must be connected in series with the circuit. Never connect the multimeter in parallel across a voltage source when in current mode, as this can damage the meter and the circuit.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired DC Current range (e.g., 200mA, 20mA, 2mA, 200µA).
- Break the circuit where you want to measure current.
- Connect the red test lead to the higher potential side of the break and the black test lead to the lower potential side, completing the circuit through the multimeter.
- Skaitykite dabartinę vertę LCD ekrane.
6.4 Measuring Resistance (Ω)
CAUTION: Ensure the circuit or component is completely de-energized before measuring resistance. Measuring resistance on a live circuit can damage the multimeter.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired Resistance range (e.g., 2MΩ, 200kΩ, 20kΩ, 2kΩ, 200Ω).
- Connect the test leads across the component whose resistance you wish to measure.
- Nuskaitykite varžos vertę LCD ekrane.
6.5 Diodų bandymas
- Set the rotary switch to the Diode symbol (→|–).
- Connect the red test lead to the anode of the diode and the black test lead to the cathode. The display will show the forward voltage lašas.
- Reverse the leads. The display should show 'OL' (Open Loop) for a good diode.
6.6 Tęstinumo testas
- Set the rotary switch to the Continuity symbol (♫).
- Connect the test leads across the component or wire you wish to test.
- If there is continuity (low resistance), the buzzer will sound, and the display will show a low resistance value. If there is no continuity, the display will show 'OL'.
7. Priežiūra
7.1 Valymas
Norėdami išvalyti multimetrą, nuvalykite korpusą drėgnu skudurėliu.amp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. Ensure the unit is completely dry before use.
7.2 Saugiklio keitimas
If the current measurement function stops working, the fuse may need replacement. Refer to the safety warnings on the back of the unit for fuse specifications (F 250mA/250V).
- Įsitikinkite, kad multimetras yra IŠJUNGTAS, ir atjunkite visus bandymo laidus.
- Open the multimeter casing (this typically involves removing screws on the back).
- Locate the fuse and carefully remove it.
- Replace with a fuse of the exact same type and rating (F 250mA/250V).
- Tvirtai uždarykite casing.
8. Problemų sprendimas
- Nėra ekrano / silpnas ekranas: Check battery charge. Replace batteries if necessary.
- Neteisingi skaitymai: Ensure the rotary switch is set to the correct function and range. Verify test lead connections. Ensure the circuit is de-energized for resistance measurements.
- Nėra srovės matavimo: Check the fuse. Replace if blown (refer to Section 7.2).
- „OL“ (perkrovos) rodmuo: The measured value exceeds the selected range. Switch to a higher range or verify the circuit.
