1. Ridenkite kauliukus: The player rolls both dice and moves their token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.

• Namai: You can buy houses when you own all properties in a color group. Houses must be built evenly across properties in that group.
• Viešbučiai: Once you have four houses on each property in a color group, you can upgrade to a hotel by paying the hotel cost and returning the four houses to the Bank.
• Hipoteka: You can mortgage properties to raise money. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent. To unmortgage, pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest.
