Naudojimo instrukcijos
Follow these steps carefully to create a perfect inverted 45-degree SAE double flare.

Image: A four-step diagram illustrating the double flaring process with the Titan 51535 tool.
- Step 1: Prepare Tubing and Tool
- Loosen the locking screws on the flaring tool.
- Insert the 3/16-inch tubing into the tool.
- Slightly tighten down the locking screws, allowing the tubing to still slide back and forth.
- Step 2: Position the Tubing
- Insert the positioning bolt into the tool's threaded opening until the end is flat against the tubing.
- Slide the tubing into the tool until it is flush with the positioning bolt.
- Tighten the locking screws fully to securely clamp the tubing in place.
- Remove the positioning bolt.
- Step 3: First Flare (OP1)
- Apply a small amount of the provided Grand 66A die lubricant to the OP1 end of the double-ended punch.
- Insert the OP1 end of the punch into the tool's threaded opening.
- Hand-tighten the punch until it makes contact with the tubing.
- Using a wrench, fully tighten the punch until the hexagonal part of the punch is flat against the tool body. This creates the initial flare.
- Loosen and remove the punch.
- Step 4: Second Flare (OP2)
- Apply a small amount of the provided Grand 66A die lubricant to the OP2 end of the double-ended punch.
- Reverse the punch and insert the OP2 end into the tool's threaded opening.
- Hand-tighten the punch until it makes contact with the tubing.
- Using a wrench, fully tighten the punch until the hexagonal part of the punch is flat against the tool body. This completes the double flare.
- Loosen and remove the punch.
- Step 5: Release Tubing
- Loosen the locking screws on the tool body.
- Carefully remove the flared tubing from the tool.
- Inspect the flare for uniformity and integrity.
Usage on Vehicle
