4. Sąranka

4.1 Preparing the Speaker Wire

1. Išmatuoti ir iškirpti: Determine the required length of wire for each speaker connection. Cut the wire using appropriate wire cutters, ensuring clean, straight cuts.
2. Juostinė izoliacija: Carefully strip approximately 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) of the red and black insulation from both ends of the wire. Use a wire stripper set to the correct gauge (14 AWG) to avoid cutting the copper strands.
3. Twist Strands: Gently twist the exposed copper strands of each conductor (red and black) to consolidate them and prevent stray strands.

4.2 Connecting to Audio Components

The InstallGear speaker wire can be connected directly to spring clips or screw terminals, or terminated with banana plugs for easier connection.

Direct Connection (Spring Clips/Screw Terminals):

• Ensure the exposed wire strands are twisted tightly.
• For spring clips: Press the clip, insert the wire (red to positive, black to negative), and release the clip to secure.
• For screw terminals: Unscrew the terminal, insert the wire (red to positive, black to negative), and tighten the screw to secure. Ensure no stray strands touch other terminals.

Banana Plug Connection (Recommended for convenience):

Banana plugs (sold separately) provide a secure and convenient connection. Refer to the banana plug's specific instructions for installation. Generally, the stripped and twisted wire is inserted into the plug and secured by a screw or crimping mechanism.

5. Operacinis

6. Priežiūra
