1. Akumuliatoriaus įdėjimas
Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device. Insert the supplied batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Manžetės prijungimas
Insert the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the port on the left side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure a secure connection.

1. Manžeto uždėjimas
- Ensure your arm is bare or has thin clothing.
- Place the cuff on your upper left arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint.
- The air tube should run along the inside of your arm towards your palm.
- Tighten the cuff so it fits snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to fit two fingers under the cuff.

- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate (PUL) will be displayed on the screen.
- The device will automatically store the reading.
- Press the Power button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically switch off after a period of inactivity.
3. Understanding Your Readings (WHO Classification)
The Beurer BM40 uses a colored scale to classify your blood pressure readings according to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Refer to the table below for interpretation.

The Beurer BM40 can store 60 measurements for two different users (User 1 and User 2), totaling 120 memory slots. To view stored measurements, press the 'M' button. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to navigate through the stored readings. Each stored reading includes systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate, and the date/time of measurement.
