- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the Egg Genius to your home WiFi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code or following a guided pairing process. Ensure your device is within range of your WiFi router during setup.
- Initial Temperature Setting: Once connected, use the app to set your desired cooking temperature for the Big Green Egg.

The Egg Genius provides automated temperature control and monitoring for your Big Green Egg.
- Starting the Cook:
- Ignite your charcoal in the Big Green Egg as usual.
- Allow the grill to reach approximately 75% of your target temperature before engaging the Egg Genius. This allows the charcoal to establish a stable burn.
- Once the grill is approaching the target temperature, activate the Egg Genius via the app. The variable speed blower will adjust to bring the grill to the precise set temperature.
