This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Rollerhouse DIY 24V Electric Roller Blinds/Shades Radio DC Tubular Motor Kit. This kit is designed to upgrade existing manual roller blinds into smart, motorized window coverings, offering convenience and modern control.

5. Sąranka ir diegimas

Follow these steps to install your new motorized blind kit:

1. Prepare the Existing Blind:
   • Unclip your existing blind from its mounting brackets.
   • Remove the chain drive mechanism from the blind's tube.

2. Measure Tube Dimensions:
   • Measure the Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) of your blind's shade tube. This is crucial for ensuring a perfect fit with the motor and its accessories.

3. Install Motor into Shade Tube:
   • Gently insert the DC24V tubular motor into the shade tube. Ensure the drive adapter and rubber crown fit snugly.
   • Make sure the charging port on the motor is facing upwards for easy access.

   • Re-attach the blind with the installed motor to your window frame using the provided mounting brackets.
   • Ensure the blind is level and securely fastened.

Your motorized blinds can be operated using the included remote control or integrated into a smart home system.

6.1 Nuotolinio valdymo pulto valdymas

1. Nuotolinio valdymo pulto susiejimas:

2. Viršutinės ir apatinės ribos nustatymas:
   • Use the remote to move the blind to your desired upper limit position.
   • Follow the remote's programming instructions to set this upper limit.
   • Repeat for the lower limit position.
3. Pagrindinis valdymas:
   • Paspauskite Rodyklė aukštyn button to raise the blind.

   • Paspauskite Stop/Middle button to halt the blind at any position.

6.2 Smart Home Integration (Optional)

The motor can be integrated with smart home systems via an RF/Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately) to enable voice control and automation.

7. Priežiūra

• Keep the motor and remote control clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.

• Regularly check the mounting brackets and screws to ensure they are secure.
• If the motor is hardwired, ensure the power supply connection is stable.

8. Problemų sprendimas

8.1 Motor Not Responding to Remote

• Check if the remote control battery is depleted. Replace if necessary.
• Ensure the remote is within range and pointed towards the motor (if applicable for RF type).
• Re-pair the remote control with the motor following the pairing instructions in Section 6.1.
• Verify the motor has power. Check the wired connection.

8.2 Blind Not Moving Smoothly or Stopping Incorrectly

• Ensure the blind tube is properly aligned and not binding in the brackets.
• Re-set the upper and lower limits as described in Section 6.1.
• Verify the weight of the blind does not exceed the motor's maximum lifting capacity (12 lbs).

• Ensure the motor is securely seated within the blind tube and not vibrating against the housing.
• Check for any loose components or debris inside the blind mechanism.
