2. Download the Fitdays App

The RHINO Body Fat Scale works with the free Fitdays app, available for both iOS and Android devices.

3. Pairing with the App (Bluetooth Connection)

3. Step onto the scale briefly to turn it on. The display will light up.
4. The app should automatically detect and connect to the scale. If not, navigate to the "Device" or "My Scale" section within the app and follow the prompts to add a new device.

4. Create User Profile(s)

To get accurate body composition readings, you need to create a user profile in the Fitdays app.

• Follow the on-screen instructions in the Fitdays app to set up your profile, including gender, height, and age.
• The app supports up to 24 user profiles, making it suitable for the whole family.

3. Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the metal electrodes. Stand still until your weight reading stabilizes on the display.

4. Switching Units (lb/kg)

To switch between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg), locate the unit switch button on the back of the scale. Press it to toggle between the desired units.
