3. Sąranka ir diegimas
Svarbi pastaba: This controller is designed to work exclusively with its dedicated display or without any display. Do not attempt to use it with other third-party displays, as program incompatibility may occur.
3.1 Išpakavimas ir patikrinimas
Carefully unpack all components. Verify that all items listed below are present and undamaged:
- 1 x 18 MOSFET 45A 3-mode Sine Wave Smart Controller
- 1 x UKC1 Color LCD Display (Optional, if purchased with display)
3.2 Laidų jungtys
The controller features various labeled wires for connection to your eBike system. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched according to your motor and eBike wiring diagram. Refer to the labels on the controller wires for specific functions (e.g., motor phases, Hall sensors, battery, display, throttle, PAS, brakes).

3.3 Initial Power-Up and Self-Learning Function
After all connections are made, power on your eBike. The controller's self-learning function is crucial for initial setup, especially if there's a mismatch in motor phase or Hall sensor wiring. To activate self-learning:
- Ensure the eBike is on a stand or the rear wheel is off the ground.
- Locate the self-learning wires (usually two white wires). Connect them together.
- The motor will start to rotate. If it rotates in the wrong direction, disconnect the self-learning wires, then reconnect them. The motor should now rotate in the correct direction.
- Once the motor rotates correctly, disconnect the self-learning wires. The self-learning process is complete, and the controller has adapted to your motor's configuration.
This process eliminates the need for complex manual phase matching and ensures optimal performance even if Hall sensors are faulty or mismatched.

The controller offers versatile operating modes and functions to enhance your riding experience.
4.1 Display Functions (if applicable)
If your controller package includes the UKC1 color LCD display, you can monitor and adjust various parameters directly from the handlebar. The display provides real-time information such as speed, battery voltage, assist level, and more.

4.2 Darbo režimai
- Hall Sensor Mode (Sine Wave): This is the primary and most efficient mode, providing smooth and quiet motor operation.
- Non-Hall Mode (Square Wave): If your motor's Hall sensors are damaged or disconnected, the controller will automatically switch to square wave mode, allowing continued operation, albeit with potentially less smoothness and more noise.
- Self-Learning Mode: As described in Section 3.3, this function automatically configures the controller to match your motor's phase and Hall sensor wiring.

- Jungtys: Regularly check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion. Loose connections can lead to intermittent operation or damage.

6. Problemų sprendimas

6.1 Motor Not Running or Running Erratically

- Utilize Self-Learning: If the motor is not running or running in the wrong direction, perform the self-learning procedure described in Section 3.3. This often resolves issues related to Hall sensor failure or incorrect phase matching.
