If you encounter any issues with your LEVOIT Tower Fan, refer to the following common problems and their solutions:
- Fan suddenly starts to oscillate: This is normal behavior when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. It is designed to automatically begin oscillating after one hour of operation to provide varied airflow.
- Decreased air output after cleaning the wind wheel: Ensure that the screws are aligned with the plokščias paviršius of the motor shaft during reinstallation, not the arc surface. Incorrect alignment will reduce air output.
- Fan suddenly stops: Check if the timer function was accidentally set. Verify the timer settings and try operating the fan again.
- Top control panel is not responsive: Your fan might be in Advanced Sleep Mode or have the screen manually turned off. When the screen is off, the control panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touches. To adjust settings, press the button twice: once to wake up the panel, and a second time to make your desired adjustment.
