Sąranka
1. Initial Winding (Automatic Movement)
Your Timex Deep Water watch is powered by an automatic mechanical movement. It winds itself with the motion of your wrist. If the watch has stopped or is running low on power, it can be manually wound:
- Įsitikinkite, kad karūnėlė yra 1 padėtyje (visiškai įstumta).
- Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 20-30 times. This will provide enough power reserve to start the watch.
- Once worn, the natural motion of your arm will keep the watch wound.
2. Laiko ir datos nustatymas
- Atsukite karūnėlę: The crown is a screw-down type for water resistance. Rotate the crown counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
- Nustatyti datą: Gently pull the crown out to position 2 (first click). Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
- Nustatyti laiką: Pull the crown out further to position 3 (second click). The second hand will stop. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. To ensure accurate time setting, align the minute hand a few minutes past the desired time, then rotate it back.
- Sinchronizuoti: Once the time is set, push the crown back to position 1 when a time signal (e.g., from a radio or phone) reaches the 12 o'clock mark.
- Prisukite karūną: Push the crown firmly back into the case and rotate it clockwise while pushing, until it is securely screwed down. This is crucial for maintaining water resistance.

3. Dirželio reguliavimas
The watch features a synthetic rubber strap with quick-release spring bars and a special slip-thru sport closure. To adjust the fit, simply slide the strap through the buckle and secure it at the desired length. The quick-release spring bars allow for easy strap removal and replacement if desired.

Laikrodžio valdymas
Laiko nustatymas
Once set, your automatic watch will keep time as long as it is worn regularly or kept on a watch winder. The movement has a power reserve that allows it to run for a period (typically 38-40 hours) when not worn.
Besisukančio rėmelio naudojimas
The unidirectional rotating top ring (bezel) can be used to measure elapsed time, typically for diving or other timed activities. To use:
- Rotate the bezel counter-clockwise to align the zero marker (triangle) with the minute hand at the start of your activity.
- Read the elapsed time on the bezel against the minute hand.
Atsparumas vandeniui
This watch is water resistant up to 200 meters (660 feet). This makes it suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports, but not for saturation diving. Prieš laistydami laikrodį vandenyje, visada įsitikinkite, kad karūnėlė yra visiškai užsukta.
- 200M (20 ATM): Tinka maudytis, nardyti su vamzdeliu ir pramoginiam nardymui.
- Do not operate the crown or pushers (if any) while the watch is submerged in water.
- Avoid exposing the watch to sudden temperature changes, as this can compromise water seals.
Priežiūra
Valymas
Norėdami išlaikyti laikrodžio išvaizdą:
- Wipe the case and sapphire crystal with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- For the rubber strap, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
- After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it completely.
Sandėliavimas
When not wearing your watch for extended periods, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields. If you wish for the watch to keep running, consider using a watch winder.
Aptarnavimas
Like all mechanical watches, your Timex Deep Water watch requires periodic servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity. It is recommended to have the watch serviced by an authorized Timex service center every 3-5 years.
