Optional D-Cell Battery Installation (CPX 6 System)
This lantern is compatible with the Coleman CPX 6 system, allowing the use of four D-cell batteries (sold separately) as an alternative power source if a CPX 6 rechargeable power cartridge is not used.
- Twist the base of the lantern counter-clockwise to remove it.
- Insert four D-cell batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the base by aligning it and twisting clockwise until secure.
