Sąranka ir surinkimas
Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Paruoškite plotą: Clear a spacious, level area for assembly. Lay out all components and hardware.
- Surinkite pagrindo rėmą: Connect the main vertical supports to the base frame using the provided bolts and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach the Pull-up Bar: Secure the pull-up bar to the top of the vertical supports. Note that the pull-up bar and support arms are reversible for varied exercises.
- Install Dip Station and Armrests: Attach the dip station arms and padded armrests to the main frame at the appropriate height.
- Mount Barbell Supports: Install the round barbell supports. These are height-adjustable to 3 levels to accommodate different exercises and user heights.
- Assemble the Weight Bench: Attach the padded weight bench to its designated position on the frame. Ensure the safety ball bolt is correctly engaged when the bench is deployed for use. The bench can be folded vertically for space-saving storage.

The dip station is ideal for triceps and chest exercises. Grip the handles firmly, lift your body, and lower yourself slowly. The padded armrests provide comfort for leg raises and abdominal exercises.

Using the Weight Bench and Barbell Supports
The foldable weight bench can be used for exercises such as bench presses, dumbbell rows, and sit-ups. When using barbells, ensure the barbell supports are adjusted to the correct height and the barbell is securely placed. Always engage the safety ball bolt when the bench is in the horizontal position for use.
