3. Sąranka ir surinkimas

Your ESKUTE M200 bike arrives approximately 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly. Tools are included with your purchase.

3.1 Išpakavimas ir komponentų identifikavimas

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present before proceeding.

3.2 Vairo montavimas

1. Loosen the bolts on the handlebar stem using the provided Allen wrench.
2. Insert the handlebar into the stem, ensuring it is centered and aligned.
3. Tvirtai priveržkite koto varžtus.

3.3 Front Wheel Attachment

1. Nuimkite apsauginį dangtelį nuo priekinės šakės.
2. Align the front wheel with the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake rotor slides correctly into the brake caliper.
3. Insert the axle bolt and tighten the nuts on both sides using the wrench.

3.4 Priekinių žibintų montavimas

1. Attach the headlight bracket to the designated mounting point on the front fork.
2. Secure the headlight to the bracket and connect the power cable.

3.5 Kickstand Installation

1. Attach the kickstand to the mounting plate near the rear wheel.
2. Securely tighten the bolts.

3.6 Seat Post Adjustment

4. Naudojimo instrukcijos

The ESKUTE M200 offers multiple riding modes and smart features for a customized experience.

4.1 Įjungimas / išjungimas ir ekranas

1. To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the handlebar display.
2. The LCD display will show speed, battery level, mileage, and current assist mode.
3. Norėdami išjungti, dar kartą paspauskite ir palaikykite maitinimo mygtuką.

4.2 Važiavimo režimai

Select your preferred riding mode using the controls on the handlebar:

• Rankinis režimas: Važiuokite kaip įprastu dviračiu be variklio pagalbos.
• Pedalų pagalbos režimas (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Adjust the assist level (typically 1-5) using the '+' and '-' buttons on the display. Higher levels provide more power.
• Throttle-Only Mode: Engage the throttle for motor power without pedaling.
• Ėjimo režimas: Provides low-speed assistance for walking the bike, useful when pushing it uphill.

4.3 Pavarų perjungimas

The 21-speed Shimano gear system allows you to adapt to various terrains. Use the gear shifters on the handlebars to change gears smoothly. Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain or descents.

4.4 NFC Unlock System

The ESKUTE M200 features an NFC card unlock system for keyless operation. Simply tap the NFC card to the designated area on the display to unlock and activate the bike.

5. Priežiūra

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your ESKUTE M200 Electric Mountain Bike.

5.1 Bendroji priežiūra

• Laikykite dviratį švarų. Nuvalykite rėmą ir komponentus valikliu.amp Neplaukite aukšto slėgio srove tiesiai ant elektrinių komponentų.
• Reguliariai sutepkite grandinę, kad ji veiktų sklandžiai ir nerūdytų.
• Prieš kiekvieną važiavimą patikrinkite padangų slėgį. Rekomenduojamas slėgis paprastai nurodomas ant padangos šoninės sienelės.
• Patikrinkite stabdžių kaladėles, ar jos nesusidėvėjusios, ir prireikus pakeiskite jas.
• Ensure all bolts and fasteners are tight, especially on the handlebars, seat post, and wheels.

5.2 Akumuliatoriaus priežiūra

• Charge the battery fully after each ride, or at least once a month if not in use, to maintain battery health.
• Bateriją laikykite vėsioje, sausoje vietoje, toliau nuo tiesioginių saulės spindulių ir ekstremalių temperatūrų.
• Venkite visiškai iškrauti bateriją, nes tai gali sutrumpinti jos tarnavimo laiką.
• The battery is waterproof (IP54 level), but avoid submerging it in water.

6. Problemų sprendimas

• Dviratis neįsijungia: Check if the battery is properly installed and charged. Ensure the power button on the display is pressed correctly.

• Brakes squealing or not effective: Inspect brake pads for wear. Ensure brake calipers are properly aligned and cables are tensioned correctly.
• Pavaros nepersijungia sklandžiai: The Shimano gear system may require adjustment. Consult a bike mechanic or refer to detailed gear adjustment guides.
• NFC unlock not working: Ensure the NFC card is correctly placed over the sensor. Check for any obstructions or damage to the card or sensor.
