3. Sąranka
Follow these steps to prepare your spot welder for operation.
3.1 Įrenginio įkrovimas
Before first use, fully charge the spot welder. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The display will indicate charging status.
3.2 Connecting Welding Pens
Insert the two welding pens into the designated ports on the front of the spot welder. Ensure they are securely connected. The design allows for flexible positioning of the pens, either from the front or side, to suit your working style.

Figure 3: Welding Pen Connection Flexibility
Pastaba: Using the front opening for the welding pens allows for greater flexibility and an effective usage length of approximately 40cm without winding. Side opening may require bending the wire and offers a shorter effective length.
3.3 Connecting the Foot Pedal (Optional)
If you prefer foot-pedal operation, connect the foot pedal board to its dedicated port on the spot welder. This allows for hands-free triggering of the weld.
4. Naudojimo instrukcijos
This section details how to operate your Awithz UK1 spot welder.
4.1 Įjungimas / išjungimas

4 pav.: Valdymo skydas ir ekranas
- Režimas: Selects between Automatic (A) and Manual (M) welding modes.
- Pavara: Adjusts the welding power level from 1 to 100. Higher numbers indicate more power.
- Suaktyvinimas: Sets the trigger time (pulse duration) from 1 to 20ms.
- Cont Welds: Configures continuous welds (1 or 2 times).
- Rankenėlė: Used to navigate through settings and adjust values.
4.3 Selecting Welding Modes
The device supports three welding modes:
- Rankinis režimas: The weld is triggered by pressing a button on the welding pen or the foot pedal.
- Automatinis režimas: The weld is triggered automatically when both welding pen tips make contact with the workpiece.
- Foot Pedal Mode: The weld is triggered by pressing the connected foot pedal.
Use the control knob to select your desired mode on the display.
4.4 Suvirinimo parametrų reguliavimas
Rotate the control knob to navigate between 'Mode', 'Gear', 'Trigger', and 'Cont Welds'. Press the knob to select a parameter, then rotate to adjust its value. Press again to confirm the setting.
- Gear (Power): Start with a lower gear setting (e.g., 20-30) and gradually increase until a strong weld is achieved. The optimal setting depends on the material thickness and type.
- Trigger (Pulse Duration): Adjusts how long the welding current flows. Shorter durations for thinner materials, longer for thicker.
- Cont Welds (Pulse Count): For stronger welds, you can set the machine to deliver 2 pulses per trigger.
4.5 Suvirinimo procesas
Ensure the workpiece (e.g., nickel strip and battery terminal) is clean and free of oxidation. Use the included sandpaper if necessary.
- Tvirtai prispauskite nikelio juostelę prie akumuliatoriaus gnybto.
- Position the two welding pen tips onto the nickel strip, ensuring they are parallel and make good contact with the material. Apply slight pressure.
- Trigger the weld according to your selected mode (manual button, foot pedal, or automatic contact).
- Observe the weld. A good weld will be strong and clean. Adjust settings (Gear, Trigger, Cont Welds) as needed for optimal results.
