Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly of your Veken Pet Water Fountain.

  1. Unpack all components: Water Tank, Pump, Silicone Connector Hose, Lid, Filter, Drinking Tray, and Flower Spout.
  2. Rinse all parts thoroughly with water before first use.
  3. Insert the pump into the designated area at the bottom of the water tank. Ensure the LED light on the pump faces the water level window.
  4. Connect the silicone hose to the pump's outlet.
  5. Place the filter into the filter tray on the lid. Ensure it is properly seated.
  6. Attach the drinking tray to the lid, aligning the central opening with the silicone hose.
  7. Place the flower spout onto the top of the silicone hose.
  8. Fill the water tank with softened or filtered water up to the MAX line visible through the water window.
