Unplug the power cord and keypad cables for a few seconds, then reconnect them. Press and hold the down button until the desk is at its lowest position. Press and hold the down button again until 'RST' appears, then release and hold one more time until a number is displayed.
Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press and hold the memory button or the selected number (1, 2, 3, or 4) for about 3 seconds until the digital keypad flashes or beeps, confirming the height is successfully saved.
Error code E03 indicates Anti-collision protection. This means the desk encountered an obstacle, became uneven, or tilted while moving. Remove any obstacles under or around the desk and perform a manual reset.
Press and hold the corresponding setting buttons (often the up and down arrows simultaneously or the setting button for 5 seconds) to enter setting mode. Then, use the up and down buttons to adjust the sensitivity level. Usually, level 1 is the most optimal.
