The camera does not have a static IP address by default. When reset and connected to the network for the first time, it automatically obtains an IP address. If the camera changes network environments, please reset it first.
You will need to restore the camera to its factory settings, reconnect it to your network, and set a new password.
If your router's 5G and 2.4G bands share the same SSID, you can connect directly. If they have separate SSIDs, please connect your phone to the 2.4G SSID to configure the camera.
Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds until you hear 'Restoring to factory settings, do not power off', then release it and follow the app instructions to re-add the device.
