    Many Latch devices, such as the Leak Detector and certain sensors, require the Latch Field Station Hub to connect to the internet and communicate with the Latch Manager app for remote access.

  • How do I add a new device to the Latch Manager app?

    Open the Latch Manager app, select 'Add Device' or tap the scanner icon. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the device, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

  • What type of Wi-Fi network does the Latch Hub require?

    If using a Wi-Fi connection, the Latch Hub connects only to the 2.4 GHz band. It does not support multi-step authentication networks commonly found in hotels or airports. For optimal stability, a direct Ethernet connection is recommended.

  • What does a solid blue LED on my Latch Hub mean?
