PRGR support FAQ

Dažniausiai užduodami klausimai apie šio prekės ženklo vadovus, registraciją ir palaikymą.

  • How do I turn on the PRGR Launch Monitor?

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a double beep indicating the power is on.

  • What does the PRGR Red Eyes Pocket measure?

The device measures club head speed, ball speed, and estimates the distance of flight (carry distance). It can also calculate the smash factor.

  • Can I use the PRGR monitor without hitting a ball?

Yes, the device can measure club head speed when practicing swinging without a ball. Note that ball speed and distance cannot be accurately measured in this mode.

  • Why is the device not measuring my shots?

Ensure the device is positioned on flat terrain with no obstacles between it and the ball. Check that the club number is set correctly. Measurements may fail with plastic/sponge practice balls or very high-lofted wedge shots.

  • How should I position the device?

Place the device flat on the ground, aligned with your target line. If necessary, it can be elevated up to 5 inches or turned up to 45 degrees to account for unique swing characteristics.
