To sync data, disconnect your iPad or mobile device from the Rapsodo unit's Wi-Fi and connect to a standard internet-enabled Wi-Fi network. Open the Rapsodo app, and the sync process should begin automatically. Ensure the app remains open until the upload is complete.
Use the provided USB-C charging cable and power adapter. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device (often located under a protective flap or near the power button). A generic charging cable may damage the unit or fail to charge it properly.
