-
How do I pair a new bell push to my Uni-Com door chime?
To pair a new bell push, press and hold the CODE button on the side of the portable chime unit until you hear a beep. Within 5 seconds (or 30 seconds depending on the model), press the button on the front of the new bell push. The chime will sound to confirm pairing.
-
Why is my Uni-Com door chime ringing when nobody pressed it?
This is usually caused by interference from other wireless devices. To fix this, remove the batteries from both the chime and bell push, wait 10 minutes, and then re-insert them to reset the channel. Follow the pairing procedure again to establish a new connection.
-
How long does it take to charge a Uni-Com rechargeable head torch?
A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours. The LED indicator usually glows red while charging and turns green when fully charged.
-
What batteries does the Uni-Com Keypad Alarm require?
The Uni-Com Keypad Alarm typically operates on 2 x AA batteries. When the batteries perform low, a yellow LED on the front of the keypad may flash to indicate they need replacing.
-
Where can I find the serial number or model code on my product?
Model codes (e.g., UNC68761, 66361) are usually found on the packaging, the back of the device, or inside the battery compartment.
