Meeting main interface

After booting up, enter the system main interface. The default boot theme of the public version is as follows：

Interface shortcut keys：
：Click to open and start writing the meeting
：Click to cast the phone screen
：Click the icon to operate the browser
： After clicking Open, you will enter the Android internal file management by default. After entering, you can select an external memory device
： Click to enter the Android application interface and menu settings
： Click to open the settings menu
： Click to open the shutdown option

Writing Whiteboard Introduction

After clicking the whiteboard icon on the homepage, you will enter the following interface：

The default whiteboard background is gray and the single white point has no pen tip. You can write directly after opening it.。

1. Sketchpad Writing Settings

: Click and the above interface will pop up
: Select the pen stroke. Click it to write with the pen stroke. The pen stroke change rate can be set.。
: Normal writing
: Automatic writing recognition generates corresponding text, numbers, and letters

：Automatic writing recognition. Draw a circle manually and a standard circle will be automatically generated。

：Brush color selection, in addition to 9 fixed color options, you can also adjust the color yourself.
：Brush thickness adjustment.

2. Eraser function setting (multi-finger touch recognition as erase function)。

： Click the erase icon and touch it to activate the erase function. If you do not click this icon, touching it with your fingers together will also be recognized as the eraser function.。
： Clear screen function: Swipe right to clear the screen
： Select the erase function, circle the area you want to erase, and it will automatically erase.。
：Undo function, click to undo the last operation。
：Undo function, restore the undone operation。

3. Artboard content selection function, after selection, you can delete, copy, drag and other operations.。

: After clicking this icon, you can select the written content to delete, copy, search, etc.。
Click Search to automatically open the web page, use the selected text as a keyword to search, and long press the image or text on the web page to paste it into the drawing board.

: Single-point writing/multi-point writing switch。
: Click this icon to clear all written content with one click。
4. Artboard page adding function：

： Click the symbol in the lower right corner of the artboard to increase the artboard page number。
： Clicking this icon will pop up a page preview, as shown on the right side of the above picture。

5. Sketchpad writing memory processing function：

： Click the icon in the small left corner, and the pop-up window will appear as shown above. You can load files to the drawing board, save the writing content on the drawing board, share the writing content with a QR code, send the writing content by email, change the drawing board background, and switch the whiteboard function.。

①. The drawing board loads the file function, as shown below：

： After clicking this icon in the small left corner of the drawing board, you can load the image (the image format is JPG/PNG, and the file format is BZD).

② The function of saving the content written on the drawing board is as shown below:
： Click this icon in the lower left corner of the drawing board to save the written content. The saving formats are: picture (JPG/PNG), document (PDF), file (BZD).

： After the machine is connected to the Internet, click this icon in the lower left corner and the above picture will pop up. When sending an email, you can modify the subject and body, and you can set multiple recipients/ccs, separated by ";& quot;

③. The QR code sharing function of the written content is as shown below：

：After clicking this icon in the lower left corner, a pop-up window will pop up as shown above. After turning on the switch, you need to scan the code and enter the password in the picture to view it. If it is not turned on, it is not necessary. If you receive a password change, you need to turn off the switch and then turn on the password to take effect (this function is only available when connected to the Internet)。

：Click this icon in the lower left corner of the artboard and a pop-up window will appear as shown in the picture above: You can select the background color and style of the artboard.。

⑥. Whiteboard function switch, as shown below (text function and dual-color pen mode cannot be turned on at the same time)：

： After clicking this icon, you can choose to draw various graphics (flat, three-dimensional, and you can also add tables). After turning on automatic recognition, it can automatically recognize the graphics you draw and generate standard graphics

The two-color pen mode is turned on as shown below：

Control switch：
Some small tools can be used: ruler, compass, protractor, triangle ruler, file transfer, voting machine, calculator, timer

：After turning on the dual-color pen mode, it is fixed to multi-point writing and cannot be scaled. Click the brush to set the color, pen tip, and line thickness of the thick and thin pens respectively; when using thick and thin pens, you need to set the threshold of thick and thin pens. Click this icon and the following interface will pop up：

You can set the eraser threshold, thin pen threshold and thick pen threshold. First click on the right side of the detection, it will show the detection, then touch the threshold detection area on the left, it will record the threshold size, after setting, click Save. Note: It is better to have a larger difference between the thick and thin pen thresholds for easy identification

Triangle ruler: measure length, width and height, can be dragged, rotated and stretched

Ruler: A tool for drawing straight lines. It can be dragged, rotated, and lengthened or shortened.

Compass: A tool for drawing circles or arcs. It can be dragged and the radius can be enlarged or reduced at will.

Protractor: measure the degree of an angle

⑦ Split-screen writing function: You can set the number of split screens and the background color. Click OK to start split-screen writing. Split-screen writing can only be done with one finger.

⑧ Click this icon to quickly transfer files: If your phone and machine are in the same LAN, you can upload pictures, videos, and files by scanning the QR code with WeChat on your phone.。

Click this icon to open the calculator and calculate an algorithm.

After clicking this icon, the voting machine function: the mobile phone scans the voting machine QR code, creates the voting content, and the machine generates the voting channel QR code.。

Click this icon to insert the window function: after inserting the signal, there will be a channel screen

Click this icon to open the countdown function in the app:

Click this icon to open the mind map function: writing in the table will automatically recognize the text：

After clicking this icon, table function: you can select 7 rows and 10 columns to write a table.。

Click this icon and then the four-line grid function: You can write in the table and automatically recognize pinyin and text:

Click this icon to select spotlight function: circle, square, triangle, five- pointed star pattern, the background is black, you can choose any color

Introduction to multi-screen interactive function settings

1 . After clicking the main interface icon, the following interface pops up (you need to turn on the hotspot function first：

Use your Android phone to scan the QR code in the lower left corner to download the screen projection software for screen projection. Click the settings icon in the upper right corner to set up the screen projection function.

2. After switching to the Instructions for Use item, as shown below：

Android phones, Apple phones, and computers can all perform screen projection operations according to the steps shown on the interface。

2. The screen projection function setting interface is as shown below：

Screen casting welcome switch: When turned on, a welcome message will pop up when the screen casting device is connected, and a goodbye message will appear when the connection is disconnected. Screen casting connection password setting: The default screen casting password is 12345678, and this item can be used to change the screen casting password. Connection password change switch: You can set the connection password to change periodically.。

2. Introduction to single screen projection：
When casting a single screen, you can manually rotate the cast screen to exclusive mode; after turning on exclusive mode, when one device is casting, other devices cannot squeeze it out。
3. Multi-screen projection settings (Pro version)：

1. Only available in the Pro version: Multi-screen layout: When projecting multiple screens by default, the displayed screens are proportional; if adjusted to the master and slave screens, the display ratio of one of the projected screen signals will be larger  than that of the other projected screen signals, and the main screen can be switched.
2. Full screen: In a multi-screen window, double-click one of the projected screens to enlarge the projected screen.
3. Only available in the Pro version: Two-screen projection setting:
   When projecting two mobile phones, the two sides will not be displayed due to the display ratio. After turning on this option, the display ratio will be stretched and displayed in full screen.
4. Only available in the Pro version: Free layout of multiple mobile phones, free layout of screens of more than 5 devices
5. Only available in the Pro version: When projecting two screens, stretch to fill the height: When projecting two screens, the projected screen will be stretched to fill the

4. Open the management program to set the host mode：

Set host mode: After turning on this option, a floating menu will be added to facilitate the host to manage the screen, as shown below:：

7, Screen mirroring device :

Windows After reverse mirroring is successful, the Android phone screen will display the large screen image, and the phone can control the large screen by touching it; if the touch control of the reverse mirroring device is turned off, the large screen cannot be controlled.
The request annotation authorization type function can set the permission to perform annotation operations when reverse mirroring. The maximum number of customers who can annotate at the same time can set the number of customers who can annotate at the same time, but only one person can write before the other person can write. For Windows, just click reverse mirroring after connecting.

2.8. Screen casting code settings(Pro version)：

1. Clients can discover services: If you need to use the screen casting code function, you need to turn on this option, and clients in the same LAN can discover the server。
2. Screen casting code function: Turn on this option to use the screen casting code function. Each screen transmission client can directly connect to the receiving end through the screen casting code, solving the problem of not being able to find the  receiving end across network segments and too many devices to find。
3. Enable Pin code to move at the top of the screen: After turning it on, press and hold the left mouse button to drag the screen casting code。
4. Screen projection code type: Server less type, suitable for scenarios with fewer devices in the LAN and a simple network structure, and does not require connection to the public network; Server type, suitable for scenarios with more devices in the LAN and a complex network structure, and requires connection to the public network。
5. Display the casting code: Hide, do not display the casting code at the top of the screen; Always display the casting code at the top of the screen; When no device is casting, it is displayed at the top of the screen, and hidden when a device is casting; The casting code is only displayed when a device is casting。
6. Only available in the Pro version: Update screen code frequency: You can choose the update frequency of the screen code。
7. Registration procedure (Internet connection required) After connecting to the network, it will automatically register, and a pop-up window will pop up to prompt that the registration is successful。

Wireless Screen Sharing Introduction

1. Screen mirroring on Apple devices：
Connect the Apple device to the conference machine's hotspot Android AP-xxxx, and then turn on AirPlay mirroring on the phone to achieve screen transmission.。
1. Android device screen mirroring：
Scan the QR code displayed in the lower left corner of the machine with your mobile phone or enter it in the mobile web puslapis (http://120.26.86.122/res) to download the client, then connect the conference machine hotspot Android AP-xxxx with your mobile phone, open the client, click the search in the lower right corner, and connect to the corresponding machine; or scan the code to cast the screen。

When the phone is connected, on the connection page, you can select screen projection, virtual mouse remote control, screenshot, reverse mirroring, video, music, picture, document for operation。
Click on the document to push PPT, Word, Excel, or PDF to the whole device for playback. After pushing the document, the phone will jump to the virtual mouse page. Touch the blank area of the virtual mouse to control the large screen, and touch the right and bottom to slide the document.。

4.In the absence of a screen transmitter, the green software can be used to realize PC mirroring, which has similar functions and effects as a screen transmitter. Connect the screen transmitter laptop to the Internet, open the web browser and enter the  address http://www.usbdisplay.cn/, and a download page will pop up, as shown below：

Click to download the Windows client, then double-click to run as shown in the figure; the machine list will now list the smart conferences that can be discovered in the local area network where the current notebook is located. Double-click the specified machine or IP address to automatically connect to the device. The process of using the screen after the screen is transferred is similar to USB screen transfer.

2. Connect the registered screen sharer to the computer's USB port. When the display prompts " Available for sharing & quot;, press the screen sharer to see the corresponding shared screen on the conference tablet.。

Introduction to PC Hardware Screen Mirroring

1. First turn on the Android board's WiFi hotspot, then connect the screen transmitter to the Android board's USB port for pairing and registration. After successful registration, the following interface will pop up：

Note: Before pairing, turn on the hotspot first and then connect the screen projector for pairing.。
1. When the screen sharing device is successfully connected to the whole machine, a round green button will appear in the upper left corner, and the number displayed represents the number of screen sharing devices connected to the whole machine. Click to expand to display the host mode, repeatedly click the lower screen of the device being cast or click the connected device to start screen sharing, as shown in the figure below：

During the screen transfer process, if you check the lock option, other users' computer screens will not be able to occupy the screen of the user who is transferring the screen.

4. Touch feedback, dual screens controlled by one hand：

Use the screen projector to project the screen, the large screen can operate the PC, and the PC can operate the large screen. When the whole machine is connected to the Internet, the whole machine will automatically update according to the background update situation. If it is found that the firmware version of the USB button does not match the firmware version of the whole machine, a pop-up prompt will appear on the computer screen transmission end saying that the version does not match, please upgrade. At this time, you need to insert the USB button into the USB port of the whole machine to re-upgrade and pair to synchronize the version.。
5.（USB Display） When the user's computer uses the screen transmitter for the first time, some computers will automatically install the driver and the screen transmitter will automatically install and run; if the computer cannot automatically install the driver, click (Computer) → Removable Storage Devices and double-click the drive letter CD Drive (USB Display)。
The drive letter is as shown below：

Windows 10 system needs to turn off the firewall before installing the driver。
After the driver is installed, a prompt will appear in the lower right corner of the computer: Press to transfer the screen。
Pastaba: In some computer systems, due to the blocking of anti-virus software, the screen transmitter may not be able to run automatically even if it is not the first time. At this time, you need to execute the main program in USB Display.。

File Management Function Introduction
