BUFFALO support FAQ

Dažniausiai užduodami klausimai apie šio prekės ženklo vadovus, registraciją ir palaikymą.

  • Why does my BUFFALO induction hob make noises?

Induction hobs can produce crackling, whistling, or humming sounds due to the construction of the cookware used, the induction technology itself, or the internal cooling fans. This is often normal operation.

  • How do I reset the Thermal Cut-Out on my BUFFALO fryer?

If the unit overheats, the safety cut-out will trip. Allow the appliance to cool for roughly 30-45 minutes. Unscrew the black reset switch cover (usually on the front or back), and press the small reset button inside using a blunt instrument until it clicks.

  • My BUFFALO appliance is showing an E01 or E02 error.

These errors often indicate overheating or an empty pan. Ensure air filters are clean and unblocked, remove the pan, and allow the unit to cool down before restarting.
